Software Specification:

1.     SIMate management program can edit the GSM SIM card address book and short message.

2.     SIMate management program can edit the 3G USIM card address book and short message.

            SIMate management program can be telecom operators’ 3G promotion gift, which can be used to read the original GSM SIM card address books and messages,
 and then write  the data into the new applied 3G USIM card, and can be use as SIM card data backup or copier.
